Department of secretary and archive

Department of Secretary and Archive of Specialized branch of Tashkent state law University was established in accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan February 7, 2019 “On Further Measures to Improve the System of Training the Personnel in the field of crime prevention and Public Safety” (No. 4166; February 7, 2019).

 Department of Secretary and Archive is an structural part of the branch and it is a structural subdivision of the branch, maintains office and electronic document management and maintains systematic accounting and storage of archival documents related to the activities of the branch.

The main tasks of office and archives are maintenance and electronic document exchange, accounting of stamps and stamps in the structural subdivisions, maintenance of archives.

Office staff manager, an archivist and a courier are working in this department presently.

Av.ijro.uz software is used for electronic control of documents in the branch.
